The 1.32-mile parade starts at 11:01 a.m. on Water Street in front of the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts, then follows Hogan Street and Bay Street east to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. Watch along Bay Street between Hogan Street and A. Philip Randolph Boulevard; Ford on Bay is a popular central spot. Road closures start as early as 7 a.m.
