What the inspector found on Oct. 22, 2026
- Basic Floor/wall/ceiling/vent soiled/has accumulation of debris. Ceiling vents above kitchen handwash sink, on cook line and at three compartment sink have dust/debris. Wall at steam table has food debris. Floors under fryers have grease and food debris. Floor in the walk-in freezer has black build up.
- Basic Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up observed on back of cooling unit in the walk-in freezer. Repeat violation.
- Basic In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Tongs in the fish batter in reach-in cooler by kitchen handwash sink have the handle portion laying in the batter. Operator moved tongs to proper storage. Fixed during the inspection.
