What the inspector found on Oct. 21, 2026

• High Priority Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Shredded cheese, peppers and salsa on bowls, no sneeze guard, no hinged lids, also 2 yams, explained to operator
• High Priority Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee washed dirty dishes then took them out of sanitize without washing hands, explained to her and she washed hands Fixed during the inspection.
• High Priority Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 44-45f half and half on counter, 56f sour cream cream, no time, not in procedure, explained 4 hrs procedure to employee, less than 4 hrs, she voluntarily discarded it Fixed during the inspection.
• Intermediate No certified food manager for establishment. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/. Only manager expired a few days ago, Nicole Harris took test 10/18/21
• Intermediate No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. None at hand sink at bar, operator placed one roll Fixed during the inspection.
• Intermediate Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Yellow substance, employee doesn't know what it is
• Basic Single-service articles improperly stored. Box with cups on floor in storage closet
• Basic Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed cucumbers and tomatoes on shelf above sour cream and butter, explained to her and she rearranged Fixed during the inspection.
