  • High Priority Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Deli meat, deli meat, deli meat, cheese in glass display at 44-45F. Observed door being left open for extended period of time. Ambient temperature of unit is 37F. Repeat violation.
  • High Priority Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing at non chemical side of splitter. Also, built in vacuum breaker at faucet missing bell. Repeat violation.
  • Basic Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Cove molding with damage at tripe sink.
  • Basic Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee cell phone stored on prep table. Person in charge moved to appropriate location. Fixed during the inspection.
  • Basic Food stored on floor. Observed soda bag stored on floor at bag in box soda storage area. Person in charge raised. Fixed during the inspection.
  • Basic Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Mold like substance and water damage observed at cabinet under soda dispenser in dining room.
  • Basic Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Hand wash sink in back prep slow draining.
  • Basic Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Quatanery ammonium sanitizer bucket at 0ppm. Person in charge pulled to remake. Retested at 200ppm. Fixed during the inspection.
