  • Basic Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of front smoker has build up of grease/soil residues.
  • Basic Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Exterior of fryers with grease build up. Vents in front of small hood system have grease build up. Blue dish racks in the dishroom have black mold-like substance. Repeat violation.
