Observed crab cake mixture prepared 2 days prior with no date marking stored in reach in cooler closest to cook line. Person in charge added date markings. Fixed during the inspection.
  • Basic Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in chest freezer near kitchen entrance.
  • Basic Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris build up on gaskets of reach in cooler doors.
