What about other tall buildings?

Jacksonville has other buildings of about this size that aren't in CTBUH's database, including some on the Southbank and in the San Marco area. Their heights are often estimates rather than surveyed measurements, so we left them off this list. If CTBUH adds a verified height, we'll update the ranking.

CTBUH has also reported on proposed towers taller than anything in the city today, including a planned 720-foot condo building downtown. None appears in CTBUH.s list of completed Jacksonville buildings.

How we did this

Jax Times rebuilt this ranking on Oct. 24, 2026, from the CTBUH Skyscraper Center. Every height, floor count, completion year, use and former name comes from its Jacksonville building records. Feet are converted from CTBUH's official meter measurements.

An earlier version of this story ranked 23 buildings using Wikipedia's list, which includes heights estimated from Google Earth. We cut the ranking to the 10 buildings CTBUH has measured.
