The Jacksonville Jaguars host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Nov. 1, at EverBank Stadium, with kickoff at 1 p.m. The game is on CBS47 and Paramount+.
Parking lots open at 9 a.m., and the first stadium gates open at 10 a.m. The stadium is cashless, uses mobile tickets only and has a strict no re-entry policy. Here's everything you need to know before you go.

The stadium is smaller this season
EverBank Stadium is in the middle of its Stadium of the Future renovation. According to the Jaguars, the stadium is operating at limited capacity this season, with the upper decks, the north end zone deck and the Sky Patio closed.
This season's capacity is 42,465, according to the Jaguars' Stadium of the Future FAQ. That's why tickets and parking have been tight.
What's changing, in brief:
- Cost: a $1.4 billion renovation, which started in February 2025 and is scheduled to finish in August 2028
- Next season: the Jaguars will play the 2027 season at Camping World Stadium in Orlando while construction finishes. NFL owners approved the one-year lease on March 31, 2026.
- 2028: the renovated stadium opens with a base capacity of more than 63,000, expandable to more than 70,000. It will have a canopy designed to make it 10 to 15 degrees cooler inside.
That makes this season and next year's Orlando season the last two before the new stadium. The Colts game is one of the few remaining chances to see the Jaguars in Jacksonville until 2028.
The main concourse has been widened so you can walk all the way around the stadium. Grand staircases, ramps, escalators and elevators connect the levels.
The box office is closed on game days because of the construction, so there's no will call. Have your tickets in your phone before you leave home.
Tickets: mobile only
All tickets are mobile. Download your ticket to your phone's digital wallet before you get to the gate. Self-scan kiosks at the gates accept tickets saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Cell service can slow down with a big crowd, so don't count on loading your ticket at the gate.
Bags: clear only
The Jaguars ask fans to avoid bringing bags at all. If you bring one, it has to follow the clear-bag rule:
- A clear bag no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
- Plus one small clutch no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches, about the size of your hand.
- Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection.
Bag lockers: Dream Finders Fan Lockers are available at Gate 1 if you show up with a bag that's too big.
What you can't bring
These are some of the most common items turned away at the gate:
- Strollers and infant carriers
- Seat cushions and chairs
- Umbrellas
- Coolers, cans and outside cups
- Outside drinks, except two factory-sealed bottles of water, 16.9 ounces or smaller, per ticket
- Noisemakers, whistles and air horns
- Signs larger than 2 by 3 feet, and anything on a stick or pole
- Cameras with lenses longer than 6 inches, plus laptops and video equipment
- Drones, laser pointers and weapons of any kind, including toys and replicas
- Pets, except service animals
Food: you can bring outside food, unwrapped, in a one-gallon clear plastic bag.
Money: cards and phones only
EverBank Stadium is cashless. Concessions and stores take cards and tap-to-pay. If you only have cash, Guest Services near Sections 102 and 143 can convert it to a card you can spend inside.
Alcohol: two drinks per ID, per order, and your ID is checked every time. A double counts as two. Alcohol sales stop at the end of the third quarter.
Leaving and coming back
You can't. EverBank Stadium has a strict no re-entry policy. Once you leave the gates, you can't return.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, isn't allowed inside the gates.
Parking
The stadium's official lots are sold out for the 2026 season, according to the Jaguars. You can still find cash lots around the stadium on game day.
- Lot hours: Lots open 4 hours before kickoff (9 a.m.) and close 2 hours after the game ends.
- Old Cypress Lot: The Jaguars list passes as still available at the Old Cypress Lot, 1746 E. Adams St.
- Tailgating: Open fires aren't allowed. Check the Jaguars' tailgating policy for your lot's rules.
