JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Kids Free November is under way in Jacksonville, with 23 listings offering free admission, discounts, treats and other family deals through Nov. 30, 2026, according to Visit Jacksonville. The offers range from free daytime admission for up to five children at the Jacksonville Zoo & Botanical Gardens to a free donut at Old Soul Donut Company and free ice cream at Happy Brew. Each business sets its own terms, so families should check age limits, required purchases and other restrictions before going.
Visit Jacksonville's page lists 23 participating entries, including 14 attractions and activities and nine in its treats section. Of those, 22 describe a specific offer, while the FSCJ Artist Series appears without a stated deal. Some offers are free admission, while others require an adult purchase, offer a discount or apply only to certain sessions.
Zoo and museums
The Jacksonville Zoo & Botanical Gardens allows up to five children ages 3-12 free daytime general admission with a paying adult. Tickets must be bought online, and none are sold at the gate. News4Jax reported Oct. 27 that the zoo's offer starts Nov. 1.
The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens offers free admission for children ages 6-12 with a paying adult. No coupon is needed, but the offer is not valid for special events. The museum's own site says it is closed Saturday, Nov. 7, for a gala.
The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Jacksonville offers free admission for children under 18 with a paying adult. No coupon is needed, and special events are excluded. MOCA is at 333 North Laura Street.
Gardens, wildlife tours and farm visits
The Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens offers up to two free daily child admissions per paying adult. Special events are excluded. Families should keep the regular-admission offer separate from special-event tickets.
Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary offers free admission for two children ages 3-11 with a paying adult. The offer applies to daytime tours only, with entry from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those limits are part of the sanctuary's listed promotion.
Congaree and Penn offers up to two free farm passes for children ages 2-11 with one paying adult. The offer is for farm passes, not unlimited admission. The page lists the promotion, but the fine print on hours was cut off and is not reported here.
Indoor activities, skating and sports
At iFly Jacksonville, one child is free with the purchase of a full-priced package, the 2 Flight Package. The offer cannot be combined for group reservations. Stone Climbing JAX offers free entry for children 6 and under with a regular-priced day pass, at its Jacksonville location only.
Community First Igloo offers free skate rental with a public skating purchase, for the Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-to-noon session only. That is a rental offer, not free skating admission. Families should check that they are using the right session.
The conditions differ, so each listing is worth reading on its own. The skating offer is tied to a weekday session, and the climbing offer depends on a regular-priced day pass. The iFly offer depends on a specific package.
BMX, skateboarding, fishing and golf
Jacksonville BMX offers a free practice or race on a first visit. The offer is tied to the first visit, not every visit in November. Kona Skate Park has a two-for-one entry offer for skaters up to 15, limited to one per customer per week.
Captain Dave's Sport Fishing offers 15% off a two-hour kids fishing trip. The discount applies to that trip, not to all fishing activities. The fine print for this listing was cut off, so no further restrictions are stated here.
Travis Fulton Golf Studio Downtown offers one free after-school class trial with the code FREE2026. It is a single trial, not a series of classes. Families should use the listed code when asking about the offer.
Main Event: arcade credit with birthday bookings
Main Event takes part through a birthday party offer, not free admission. Families who book a youth birthday party by 11/30/26 get $10 in arcade play per child. The credit is per child, not one credit for the whole party.
The Nov. 30 booking deadline matters because the offer requires the booking by that date. The fine print for this listing was cut off, so other conditions are not stated. The listing is a reminder that not every offer is free admission.
Some entries offer free child admission, while others offer discounts, rentals, credits or trial experiences. Visit Jacksonville says offers vary by business. Families should confirm the details with each business.
Free donuts, ice cream and bakery treats
At 1748 Bakehouse, children under 15 get a free cookie or brownie while supplies last, in-store only. Happy Brew offers free ice cream for kids 12 and under with an adult purchase. Old Soul Donut Company gives a free donut to a child with any purchase.
It's in the DNA Coffee offers a free kids drink with any purchase. The listing does not say which drinks qualify, so families may want to ask. Requirements differ by shop, with some needing any purchase and Happy Brew needing an adult purchase.
These treat offers are separate from the attraction admissions. The 1748 Bakehouse offer also depends on supplies lasting. Visitors should confirm the offer before making a special trip.
Hot chocolate, strawberry milk and scavenger hunts
Sine Wave Coffee offers half-price hot chocolate for kids with any coffee purchase. That lowers the price of the kids drink rather than making it free. TikiJava Jax offers one free hot chocolate or strawberry milk for kids with a purchase of $5 or more.
Sweet Pete's offers a free kids scavenger hunt with a small taffy bag prize. The listed benefit is the activity and the prize, not a general discount. It is one of the non-admission activities in the promotion.
Jacksonville Beach Moms is listed with free printable activity pages. The FSCJ Artist Series is also listed, but the page shows no specific offer for it. Together these entries complete the page's 23 listings, though only 22 have a stated benefit.
